Are CREO prices an indicator of lesser quality?

Absolutely not.

 

After carefully sourcing, constructing, inspecting and meticulously packaging each piece, we deliver directly to you. Each product is made-to-order, which reduces the overall expenses of warehousing and inventory costs. We are on online-first, inventory light company and believe in tailor-made furniture for our customers.

Are your prices fixed? Do you offer any discount?

Our prices are fixed, however we do offer seasonal promotions and discounts.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are Made in Bangladesh with locally sourced materials. Our team consists of the finest craftsmen. We believe in a fully local solution, and enforce best practices for ethical and sustainable manufacturing and quality control. We work in extremely close collaboration with our employees to produce a finished product we can be proud of.

Are finish colors shown in your photos accurate?

All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical to a residential setting. Where mentioned, customized renders are to give the customer a instant idea of the finished product, however we always encourage you to order upholstery sample swatches for a better understanding, or to visit us at our Experience Center.

Can I change the color of my after I place an order?

Orders are put into production 48 hours after being placed. If you would like to change your fabric selection, you must do so within 48 hours of the order being placed – or a 10% production fee will be incurred.

Do you have a showroom?

Part of the reason why we are able to offer our products and such great prices is that we are an online-first, inventory light company. We currently do not have any showrooms, but we encourage our customers to order upholster sample swatches for a better understanding, or to visit us at our Experience Center to see some of our finished products to get an understanding of our designs and quality.

Can I order swatches before I purchase?

Absolutely! We would be delighted to send you a free* upholstery sample swatch set of your choice of fabrics. We send a set number for free, but for any additional swatches, please contact us and we’ll happy to coordinate.

 

Please note, we have a limited stock of swatches, so we may not always be able to send you every swatch immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As each piece is custom-made, order’s typically take about 2-4 weeks to fulfill.

Can I place my order by phone?

Of course! If you would like to place your order over the phone you can speak with us by called +01933558822

How much do I have to pay as an advance?

We require a 50% advance on all furniture orders. The payment must clear with our accounts before we can begin processing your order.

When do I have to pay the balance amount?

Outstanding balance must be cleared before delivery. You will be sent a 2nd payment notification via email and a member of our team will follow up with you as well.

Do you offer any EMI?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer any EMI facilities.

What type of payments do you accept?

You can choose to pay us via Direct Bank Deposit, Account Pay Check and Cash.

 

We are currently working to implement our online and mobile payment solutions.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when you place an order online.

Do you charge sales tax?

As per Bangladesh law, we collect sales tax which will be clearly shown at checkout.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order when you place it.

Can I provide my own upholstery fabric?

Of course, however the pricing and delivery time will vary. Please get touch with us by email, chat or phone and our team will be happy to answer your questions.

Can I reverse the direction of my sectional sofa?

Yes! All sectionals can be reversed. In other words, a chaise or L piece can be built on the opposite side at no additional charge. Please mention your requirements at checkout or contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help you complete your request.

Can I order a different color?

All products are available in different colors You can view customization options on the product page for each item. However, if you do not see the option you are looking for, please contact us.

Can I order upholstery swatches?

We encourage you to order free swatches! To order please click here and select the swatches you would like to receive. We will mail them to you free of charge. We offer swatches of all of our fabric and leather options.

 

You can also order swatches by clicking “Order Upholstery Swatches” on each product page.

Why are certain fabrics available on some designs, but not others?

Most of our fabric options are available on all designs in our assortment. On a select few designs, we have limited the set of available fabrics based on our experience of the materials that wear best on the specific piece. With that said, if there is a fabric in our assortment that is not available on the sofa or chair you are considering, please give us a call and we will be happy to recommend an option.

How will my order ship?

In order to ensure your new furniture arrives in pristine condition, our team will carefully wrap and deliver your pieces. For smaller orders, items will still be carefully wrapped but may ship using standard courier services.

For deliveries within Dhaka

We currently offer free white-glove delivery within Dhaka City, no matter how large or small your order is. Some of your smaller items are shipping using standard courier services.

What is white-glove delivery?

In addition to shipping your order free of charge, we provide a complimentary white-glove delivery for our larger orders. With this service, the delivery team will carry your order into your home unwrap and assemble (where applicable). They will also clean up and packaging when they are done.

For deliveries outside of Dhaka

We currently do not offer any delivery for orders outside of Dhaka and request the customer to arrange for self-shipping directly from our factory in Dhaka.

Will you assemble the furniture for me?

For orders with delivery within Dhaka, our team will will carry your order into your home, unwrap and assemble (where applicable).

Can I track my furniture shipment?

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer this service.

Will I get a call when the furniture is being delivered?

Yes, absolutely. In most cases, our team will coordinate with you before making the delivery to ensure a time which is suitable for you to receive the order.

Do you ship internationally?

As much as we love to hear from fans from around the world, we unfortunately do not yet offer international shipping.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

Take pictures and describe the damage in as much detail as possible. Contact us right away and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are put into production 48 hours after being placed. If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you must do so within 48 hours of the order being placed – or a 10% production fee will be incurred.

Can I return my order?

As each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept any returns, unless there is a defect in your order, in which case, please take photos or videos to demonstrate the issue and contact us right away and we will work to resolve the problem.

What kind of guarantee is provided on your products?

We will replace or repair any products with defects in material or workmanship. Our manufacturer’s guarantee applies one year from date of delivery. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear.

 

Contact us right away if you believe you have an issue that is covered by our guarantee, and will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

What should I do if the products are defective?

Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. All of our product comes with a one year warranty. If you do have problems with your product please take photos or video that demonstrate the issue and describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
